Products purchased in our store are shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer to your home. This model allows us to offer a wide variety of products with efficient delivery times while maintaining quality and control over the process.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: After payment approval, order processing and dispatch may take up to 5 business days. This time is necessary for the supplier to properly prepare and ship the product.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch):

    • South, Southeast, and Midwest Regions: 10 to 15 business days (2 to 3 weeks) after dispatch.
    • North and Northeast Regions: 15 to 20 business days (3 to 4 weeks) after dispatch.
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 25 business days after dispatch, except in cases of logistical issues or carrier delays.

Tracking Code

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your order’s journey from shipment to delivery at your address.

  • Check Your Email: If you do not receive the tracking code, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as your email provider may have filtered it.

Areas with Restricted Home Delivery

Certain locations, such as rural areas or remote regions, may not be eligible for home delivery by couriers. In such cases, your order will be sent to a nearby post office or pickup point, and you will be notified via the tracking code with instructions on where to collect your package.

  • Pickup Deadline: The pickup deadline is 7 calendar days from the arrival notice at the post office. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee for reshipment.

Recipient Not Available

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts.

  • If no one is available, the package will be sent to the nearest post office, where it must be collected within the specified deadline.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer may choose to:

  • Reship the Order: Paying a new shipping fee (depending on the product).
  • Refund: Once the package is returned, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.

Delayed Order

If your order is delayed by more than 25 business days after the dispatch date, you may request:

  • Reshipment: A new shipment of the same product.
  • Refund: A full refund of the amount paid.
